The Draw Tite Hitch part # 75751 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your 2009 Mercury Mariner. In order to order replacement hardware for it you will need part # RHK. Once on the product page you will need to select Draw Tite as the manufacturer, enter 75751 as the part number for the hitch and then hit add to cart and we will ship you out the correct installation hardware.
