When it comes to the difference between the Hidden Hitch, # 60872 (no longer available), and the Draw-Tite, # 24795, trailer hitches for a 2008 Hyundai Elantra, part # 60872 includes a ball mount, hitch pin, and clip. If you do not plan to do any towing with your Elantra, these extra components would be unnecessary. Other than that, the hitches are nearly identical since the two manufacturers are sister companies.
If you are still in the market for a hitch mounted bike rack, one of my personal favorites is the Swagman Titan 2 Bike Rack, # S63400. This rack is loaded with features including anti-sway cradles, built-in cable lock, and tilt feature to allow access to the rear cargo area of the Elantra.
I have included a couple videos for you to check out.

I have a 2008 Kia Rio 5 (hatchback), and I'm interested in getting a drawtite hitch that would be compatible with a 2-bike carrier (like the Swagman). I live in Ontario, Canada, do you ship here? Thanks,
