Replacement 7-Way Trailer Socket for 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD

Question:
Hello I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The 7-prong plug receptace on the hitch is cracked and needs replacement. I was wondering if you had a recommended replacement. The bracket that holds the receptacle on the hitch is welded on, so I dont think I can use one of your receptacles that include a bracket for mounting. Do you have a receptacle that will fit in the stock bracket thats welded to the chevy hitch? Thanks

The Tow Ready Replacement Multi-Tow 7-Way & 4 Pole Trailer Connector # 20119 that you referenced is a replacement for the factory installed tow package socket. This item uses a round U.S. Car Connector to plug in to the vehicle harness behind the bumper and includes a 90-degree mounting bracket.
These are intended to work with hitch-mounted brackets or they can be attached to the bottom of the bumper cover if more convenient.
