For your 2010 Toyota Prius I recommend custom-fit mats like the WeatherTech mats. These will fit your car exactly since they are engineered using computer/laser systems that are highly accurate.
For a set of black front mats use part # WT442561; for second row seating use # WT442562; and for the cargo area mat use # WT40400. These mats are black but they will be closer to a dark charcoal grey as you prefer.

Generally the makers of aftermarket floor mats try to match the colors of the auto makers' OEM mats. Naturally there will be some variances and a set of mats called 'misty gray', such as the Canine Covers # DCL6286CT, may be a shade or two different than your vehicle.
