Curt offers a Class II hitch, part # C12343 that is a confirmed fit for your 2009 Lexus ES350. Curt tells me that this hitch will also fit a 2009 Camry. If you click the link I've provided, you can see an install video.
At one time, Draw-Tite considered the hitch a fit for the Lexus ES 350. However, they no longer consider the hitch a fit and do not recommend attempting to install it on that vehicle.
