Yes, you can install a backup camera on your 2010 Buick Lacrosse. The backup camera system that I recommend is the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera, # HM50002. This is an excellent camera system that will not have any interference issues like the wireless systems. It has a color display with distance indicators.
