The gooseneck hitches we offer that pin into the bed mounted fifth wheel rails are compatible with industry standard fifth wheel rails. The Reese Above -Bed Goosneck Hitch you referred to, part # RP58079 will fit bed rails that have slots that measure 22 inches apart center to center measured front-to-back and 10 inches apart center to center side-to-side like the Curt # 16055.
I did some research, and found that DSP has used two different bed rail designs over the years. One has an older bed rail model that had the bed rails running fore and aft, parallel to the sides of the truck bed. If you have these type of rails, none of the gooseneck hitches we offer that mount in the bed rails would be compatible. If you have the newer bed rail model where the hitch mounting rails perpendicular across the truck bed, they should be compatible with the rail mounted gooseneck ball you mentioned.
You can confirm this by measuring the distance between the slots and comparing the measurement you get to those shown in the photo I provided.
