Hydraulic Trailer Jack Recommendation for Iron Bull Dump Trailer DTB12

Published 11/04/2026

Question:

I own an Iron Bull dump trailer DTB12, 14999 gross weight, and I would like to add a 12k hydraulic jack the existing one is a bolt-on, and I would like to know what you have in stock that would work with our trailer, possibly one that runs off of the existing system motor DC 12V 1.6 kW, pump2.1cc/r, tank 1gal plastic, horizontal mount, oil port SAE6, system pressure 3200PSI

Hey Angel, we have the etrailer Self-Contained Hydraulic Trailer Jack # e33VV that matches what you are looking for. This is a 12k self contained hydraulic jack that bolts on for install and runs off 12 volt power so I recommend it for you. What do you haul with your dump trailer mostly?

We haul furniture and trash. I do not have the space for a self-contained unit; it needs to hook up to the existing trailer hydraulic system

@AngelG I see what you mean now. Instead I would recommend the part # e83VV which does work with your current hydraulic setup. This is the left side jack and for a matching right side you'd want the part # e23VV.
