Is There A Replacement Remote That Works With A Firestone 2581 Compressor?

Hi Matthew!

I spoke with Firestone to double check and, unfortunately, the F2581 compressor system is no longer supported due to it being discontinued a while back. So there is not going to be a remote that will work. I know that's a bummer and not what you were hoping to hear, but I may have another option for you.

If your compressor is still working well for you and you were just wanting to make adjustments easier, you could upgrade it with the following parts:

Replacement ECU Service Pack for Firestone Air Command Wireless Air Compressor System # F69VV
Replacement Smart Phone Compatibility Wiring Harness for Firestone Air Command Air Compressor System # F79VV

This would replace your old ECU and wiring harness and would allow you to use either the Firestone app to control the compressor or the Replacement Remote Control for Firestone Air Command Compressors # F35XV. The only thing is, this would turn the compressor into a single path system, so you would lose the dual path. I am having the parts added to our site to keep the dual path as we speak, so just let me know if you wanted links to those (they should be added pretty quickly).

Again, sorry I don't have a better option for you.
