Hey Bill, welcome back and thanks for all of the pictures with dimensions! Based on seeing that the # TLA8002 can work but you would need to make sure that the mounting base for this would fit where your current steps are. The mounting base of this is 27-1/2 inches wide. We do have a slightly narrower version with the # TLA8102 which has the bracket width at 25-1/2 inches. The height of your doorway is correct for this to work though so in that regard either will work.
Let me know what the width of your current step base is.

Hey there! Thanks for the quick reply! Unfortunately, I only have 22" in width to mount the bracket. Plenty of room to go deep, just narrow. I am hoping there is an alternative step I can use, I just don't want the folding type that stow in the doorway. Can you offer an alternative?? The whole reason I want to change them is the step out of the trailer doorway is 10.5" which is just a bit too hiogh for my liking. Thanks, C! Bill L.
