I ordered PL34FR Pop and Lock for my 2016 Tacoma. Do I understand correctly that the Tee connector can be installed using the passengers side for the input signal just by using the purple and grey on the Tee? Does the lead from the tailgate have a purple and grey set or just green and blue? If the lead from the tailgate is only green and blue, and I want a passenger side hookup, does the green go to grey and blue to purple OR green to purple and blue to grey? Thank you

Welcome back Jim. The Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock with Plug & Play T-Harness item # PL34FR is the correct one for your 2016 Toyota Tacoma. It can indeed be installed using the passenger side input wires which are the purple and grey wires you can see on the right in the diagram I attached below.
Since you're installing the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock item # PL34FR using the passenger side wiring you won't need the blue and green wires on the harness. You'll connect the purple and grey wire leg directly to the matching terminals coming from your routed extension harness. You'll then leave the green and blue wire legs disconnected because those are only active for driver side configurations.

The fused connector has only blue and green wires with the male spade connecters. Does green male spade connector go to the purple female spade receiver or the grey female spade connector? And then the blue wire would connect to remaining wire not used for the green wire. What is the correct color combination for passenger side hookup?
