Something worth checking out is the Double Rocker Switch # 37212235. It has two separate on/off switches with the ability to connect each one to a different circuit. This is also available in white # 37212015. The wall opening this goes into is 1-5/8" tall x 2-7/16" wide. JR Products lists this at 10-amp at 14V T rating. Once you verify power and cutout you have a match.

Did a switch go out, or are you making modifications?

The switch for the light is sticking. Hard to turn the light on. Water pump toggle works fine.
