Hi Michael,
The Bigfoot Self-Contained Hydraulic Jack part # BF84FR with manufacturer part number SQI24-IDMO-ET is the updated version of the original jack the SQI24-IMO. The BF84FR (SQI24-IDMO-ET) has a 1-point, direct mount pump with manual override, meaning that the hydraulic pump and fuel reservoir are bolted directly to the top of the jack cylinder as a self-contained unit. The manual override on the newer version is external, and the hex-head nut is on top of the pump instead of internal like the original. Having it external is great because if you lose power, you can use a standard socket on a drill/impact wrench and raise/lower the jack versus needing a specific hand pump or specialized tool that fit the hydraulic valve if it were still internal. The "ET" at the end is in reference to a movie about an alien.... Just kidding! It specifies that this kit is packaged and designed for distribution through etrailer. Other than that, all the main features of the jack like weight capacity, travel distance, and retracted height are the same.
What kind of equipment are you hauling with your trailer?
