Yes, the Kuat Pivot 2 # PVP20B and Kuat Piston SR # KU88ZR are compatible and would make a great setup for carrying a single e-bike behind your 2022 Tacoma.

The Piston SR supports bikes weighing up to 100 lbs, including those with 29" wheels, while the Pivot lets you swing the rack away for easier access to your camper.

As far as length goes, the Piston SR extends approximately 18" from the hitch pin hole, and the Pivot adds another 12-3/16". That puts the complete setup at approximately 30" behind your Tacoma's hitch pin hole, not including any additional overhang from your bike.

Just to clarify, do you have a slide-in truck camper or camper shell, or are you towing a travel trailer and planning to mount the rack behind it? The Pivot swing away hitch is intended for your truck's hitch, not the rear of a travel trailer. Also keep in mind, the pivot does reduce your receiver's overall capacity by 50% which is common with all hitch adapters/extenders.
