Is there a Trailer Hitch for a 2027 Kia EV3?

Hi Robin,

I'm sorry but I don't have an idea of when there will be a trailer hitch for the 2027 Kia EV3. From what info I could find, Kia hasn't given the vehicle an official tow rating and if aftermarket manufacturers decide to make a trailer hitch for it it'll take a while to design a hitch for the frame around all the sensors and what not.

I checked through our site, and it looks like we don't offer a trailer hitch for any year of the Kia EV3 since it came out in 2024. This is again probably due to the fact that it wasn't given a tow rating because the car isn't intended to tow and only to be used as an "activity" hitch for bike racks and cargo carriers. I also checked a manufacturer's website, Tork Lift, because they tend to produce more hitches for electric cars than others and they have a pre-order application currently for the 2027 Kia EV3 though they don't have any options for the previous models.

What are you wanting to use the trailer hitch for?

This would be for the 2027 Kia ev3 and is for attaching a bike rack. Thank you.

@RobinR The Tork Lift hitch I mentioned would be for the 2027 Kia EV3. It looks like this is the first trailer hitch they're making for a Kia EV3 and the application form is likely to gauge interest to see if they go through with producing a hitch so I would encourage you to fill it out if you're willing to wait for the hitch to be developed.
