Question:
Hi I am looking for a recommendation on a secure, low-profile crossbar system for my 2024 Toyota Sienna XLE with factory raised side rails. I am currently using an Inno Wedge 660 roof box and need a crossbar set that keeps the overall vehicle height low enough to drive into a standard 68inch garage. I am currently using a budget flush-mount setup, but it feels insecure and I am looking for a high-quality, reliable replacement. Could you please recommend a crossbar solution that provides maximum clearance while securely mounting to factory raised rails?

Great question Han! For your 2024 Toyota Sienna XLE with factory raised rails, I'd recommend the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack for Raised Rails, part # TH52ZA. It's the lowest profile option we carry for your setup, adding approximately 2 inches of height, and it should work well with your INNO Wedge 660 roof box, part # INBRM660BK. Thule also has a great reputation for quality and reliability, so it's a solid choice if you're looking to replace your current setup with something more secure.
Since your garage clearance is only 68 inches, I'd measure your Sienna's total height with the roof box installed before making the switch. The additional 2 inches from the crossbars is only part of the overall height, and the roof box itself will add more height. I wouldn't want you to end up with a rack that fits great but leaves you unable to get into your garage.
Do you know the current total height of your Sienna with the INNO Wedge 660 installed?

Thanks for getting back Heather. Currently I am sitting at around 79.4 inch total height ( sienna with rail comes at 69.7 + 0 additional height with my current crossbar + 9.7 inch for the inno ) . So there isn't a lot of room left. The only reason I want to switch is that my current bar is not securely attached. Thanks for recommending the wingbar. From the links you shared, it seems it's significant higher than the rail and I was wondering if you still carry the old aeroblade edge crossbar which seems more flush or the rhino stealthbar? Thanks
