It sure does Nick and welcome back. The Curt TriFlex NEXT Trailer Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness item # C64QV does indeed include the plug in adapter that connects to the factory brake controller port on your 2026 Nissan Frontier.
The Curt TriFlex NEXT item # C64QV is a proportional brake controller that works with trailer's having up to four axles. It works with electric trailer brakes only. If you're pulling a trailer with electric over hydraulic brakes, I recommend the Redarc item # RED53CR which also comes with a custom fit brake controller harness.
