Thanks for reaching out Mark. When determining whether we carry a custom fit front hitch receiver for a motorhome, we work off the vehicle's chassis rather than the motorhome's make and model. From what I was able to find, your 2018 Thor Vegas was built on either a Ford E-350 or E-450 cutaway chassis, depending on the specific floorplan. Unfortunately, we don't currently carry a custom fit front receiver for either of those chassis.

One option we commonly recommend for motorhomes when a chassis specific hitch is not available is an adjustable width receiver like the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13701. This hitch features a 2" receiver and is designed to accommodate frame widths between 18" and 51". Since this is a universal hitch rather than a custom fit front receiver, you'll want to verify the frame dimensions, available mounting locations, and clearance around the front bumper to determine if this would work for you.

@MarkR Gotcha. The # C13701 has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs so it would work well.
