Since you're wanting to move your spare tire and carry additional gear on your Jeep, Kuat has a setup that can do both. Since you already have a Kuat swing-away, we just need to identify which one you have before choosing the matching parts.

The Kuat Pivot XD is available in a driver-side configuration, part # KU69HR, and a passenger-side configuration, part # KU37KR. The Accessory Hoop with MOLLE Panel needs to match that swing direction. Choose part # KU769VR for the driver side or part # KU77KR for the passenger side.

To mount your spare tire, you'll also need a separate adapter. Kuat makes three sizes: 150 mm, part # KU97KR; 200 mm, part # KU47KR; and 250 mm, part # KU67KR. The correct size depends on how far your wheel sits from its mounting surface and how much clearance you need for your tire and any accessories attached to the panel.

You can check the depth by laying a straightedge across the inside sidewall of your spare and measuring from the wheel's mounting surface to the straightedge. That gives you a starting point for selecting an adapter, but remember to allow extra room if you'll have gear mounted between the tire and panel.

The adapter can carry a wheel and tire up to 37 inches in diameter and 100 lbs, and the MOLLE panel has a 50 lb capacity for gear. If the standard safety pin gets in the way when opening your tailgate, you can also look at the Kuat Low-Profile Safety Pin, part # KU67HR, for additional clearance.
