Will Bull Bar Fit 2022 Tacoma Without Interfering With Factory Cruise Radar System?

Question:
Hello, I just bought a used 2022 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 double cab yesterday, which originally had a bull bar installed by previous owner. Unfortunately, dealer had to remove previous product because it interfered with radar sensor. Is your product guaranteed to fit without drilling and will not interfere with factory radar? Thank you!

Hey Mark, Congrats on the new Taco! I love those trucks.
The Westin E-Series Bull Bar with Skid Plate - 3" Tubing - Black Powder Coated Steel # 31-6005 will interfere with parking sensors if you have those, but it won't interfere with factory cruise control radar system if that's what you have.
All of the bull bars and brush guards will interfere with the parking sensors as far as I can tell.
Did they say the bull bar interfered with the cruise or other sensors?

Hi Andrew, the bull bar that was installed on the truck originally was a Westin. There is approximately 8" of space between the crossmember and upper tubing. My Tacoma has a radar sensor located behind the grill and below the TOYOTA lettering on the grill. I was told that it needed to be removed in order for the dealer to offer an extended warranty, which they could not do if any of the sensors were malfunctioning or showing codes. Does Westin make another product to fit this truck that is about 5-6 inches shorter from top to bottom?
