Hey Victor. The Headrest Safe Slide Car Safe item # HS57FR requires two AAA batteries to operate so you won't have to worry about charging it. On the inside of the lock mechanism you'll see a Phillips head screw. You'll just need to remove it to change the batteries.

The Slide Car Safe item # HS57FR is a steel lockbox disguised as a black leather headrest. It measures 9" tall x 5-1/2" wide x 12" long overall and 6" x 3-1/4" x 7-1/2" on the inside. It's large enough to hold a handgun or store valuables like cell phones and wallets if you're at the beach.

The Slide Car Safe item # HS57FR is adjustable and fits most vehicles. It attaches like a normal headrest and can be opened using a fingerprint scanner, a keypad, and with the included keys. It is also available in Gray item # HS27FR and Tan item # HS37FR.

What kind of valuables do you plan on storing in the headrest safe? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.
