You will need to start with a trailer hitch. For your 2014 Toyota Sienna the most popular hitch is Curt hitch # C13105. This is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch receiver. It is rated for 350 pounds tongue weight, which is important for hitch mounted accessories. But you will need to consult the vehicle owners manual for its tongue weight capacity and go by the lower rating.
From what I could find though it looks like your Vespa is 348.3 pounds plus the weight a carrier like the # e98873 which is 58 pounds exceeds the 350 pound tongue weight capacity of the trailer hitch and the vehicle. This leaves one option: a trailer. A trailer is going to be the safest option and put less stress on the hitch.
To tow a trailer you will also need a ball mount, ball, and wiring, in addition to the hitch. I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK4. It comes with a ball mount, interchangeable ball set, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. For trailer wiring use # 118498. I have linked a video showing how it installs for you.
