Question:
I have a 2012 Honda Pilot LX. What does the TM light indicate? Also my wiring on a boat trailer was working on one side the other day and now the trailer lights dont work at all but I do get blinking LEDs on the plug when I put my hazards on. I tried wiring up an entirely new kit but no lights appear on the trailer but do on the LED Lt/Rt plug

On the Hopkins # 47345 adapter, the 'TM' lamp is for the running light circuit.
To troubleshoot, use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 on the trailer connector on the vehicle. Test each pin while the right turn/ brake, left turn/ brake and running light circuits are activated. If all circuits are testing properly, then the wiring problem is on your trailer. Begin at the trailer connector itself. If it's dirty, corroded or damaged in any way, you'd might want to go ahead and replace it with # HM48110. Trace each circuit from the trailer connector back to the lamps. Look for pinched wires or wires with loose connections or that have cracked or worn insulation. Since you said that you're getting signal on the Right Turn LED on the adapter, but no right turn signal on the trailer, concentrate your search to the wiring on the right side of the trailer.
Make sure the right trailer lamp is securely fastened to the trailer and that the lamp is properly grounded either by its direct attachment to the trailer frame or by separate ground wire.
