Question:
I’m interested in this rack for my 26 GMC Sierra 1500. I have an Advantage brand bed cover and I need to know if the rack will fit with the cover closed. Can you help me out? Thanks

Hey David, Adarac has an Aluminum Series Ladder Rack that fits your 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 and with your bed cover but the correct fit will be based on the length of your truck bed. If you have a long bed the correct rack is the part # A29HG, if you have a 6-1/2 foot bed you'd want the part # A79HG, or if you have a 5.75 foot bed # A49HG.
I checked out as many Advantage brand bed covers as I could find and none of them look like they cover the bed rails so that means it would fit with the ladder racks I mentioned. What are you planning on carrying with the ladder rack?

Thanks Jameson. Sorry for delay. Your email was in my spam folder. We would use the rack for kayaks, etc. My tonneau cover hides most of the rail holes. Only about 3/4” shows. I can send a pic if helpful. I’m hopeful that the rack inserts are built so that they are narrow above the hike area. I can’t tell from the rack photos. Thoughts?
