We sure do Jen! To replace the part that goes into your RAV4's 2" hitch, you'll need the Replacement 2" Shank for Yakima OnRamp LX Bike Racks item # Y89GC.

The Replacement Tray for Yakima OnRamp LX Electric Bike Racks item # Y67KD is the correct one. This tray comes with the tire cradles and wheel straps. It's sold individually but can be used to replace either tray.

Both of these are direct replacement parts that will get your Yakima OnRamp LX Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # Y88DJ back up and running!

What kind of bikes do you have and where they on the rack when you hit the pole?

Thank you! I have a Pace 5 REC step-thru and no it was not on the rack. The rack was folded up but I hit one of those poles in front of a fire hydrant.

@Jen You're welcome! That's a really nice bike. Glad you didn't have it on the bike rack. I hate those short poles. I hit one a few years ago too. I don't understand why they're so short.
