Hi Mike! Yes, the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform Rack, Part # RR92AP, is confirmed to fit your 2023 Ford Explorer Timberline with the factory raised side rails. I know it's smart to check the overall height ahead of time, especially if you're trying to make sure you'll still clear a garage door or other low overhead areas. The platform itself is about 1-3/4 inches tall, so you can expect it to sit approximately that much higher than the top of your factory raised rails.
If you're trying to figure out your total vehicle height after installation, I'd recommend measuring your Explorer from the roof to the top of the factory rails, then simply add about 1-3/4 inches for the platform. That will give you the best estimate of your overall height before you load any gear on top.
What are you planning to carry first, a cargo box, bikes, or kayaks? That can make a big difference in your final height and help make sure everything stays garage friendly.
