Yes, the Roadmaster Crossbar Style Base Plate Kit, part # RM-524457-4, is the correct choice for your 2020 Ford Expedition XLT 4WD. Since you already have the Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain tow bar with the Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly, everything is compatible and you'll be able to reuse your existing tow bar setup without any issues.

One thing to keep in mind is that installation may require some trimming of the spoiler, air dam, grille, or plastic fascia depending on how your Expedition is equipped. Also, this base plate is not compatible with FX4 models, but since you mentioned you have an XLT 4WD, that shouldn't be a concern.

It sounds like you're in good shape with the tow bar and base plate. The only other pieces you'll want to make sure you have are a supplemental braking system, tow bar wiring for the Expedition, and possibly a high low adapter.
