Question:
2 weeks ago purchased a Curt C11047 for my Lexus IS 250 together with a stabilization strap. Have it installed now. But now Im looking at bike racks and not sure what will work with that hitch...Would like to use a platform carrier...2 bike or, ideally, 3 bike. What would you recommend with that hitch? And if I were to buy the Saris Thelma 3-bike, SA4239B, how do I use that strap? Or is that rack not recommended with my hitch?

A light-duty Class I hitch such as the Curt # C11047 that you recently purchased (thank you for your business) is capable of handling the weight of two bikes, but no more. Even if a given rack can hold 3 bikes, the hitch itself and the point on the vehicle where it attaches do not have the strength to hold more than 2 bikes.
You can use one of the 2-bike hitch mount carriers shown on the link provided. All of these will fit your 1-1/4-inch Class I receiver. I suggest you go with a platform style carrier such as the Thule EasyFold Rack # TH903202 which easily handles heavier bikes like e-bikes. Please note the Thelma 3 rack SA4239B will not fit your hitch as it is made for Class II and above hitches only.
Installation of the Curt Stabilizing Strap # 18050 is shown in the linked video.
