Hey Dave,
Roadmaster is a great and reliable brand for flat towing, so that's a great choice!
For a tow bar, if you're wanting the one with lights, that'll be the Roadmaster Nighthawk All-Terrain 8,000lb Tow Bar part # RM-676. This tow bar is great not just for its function but because it covers so many bases for what components you need! It includes a 6-way to 7-way plug that will plug into your vehicle on guides to keep the cable from getting twisted or damaged. It also includes the coiled safety cables and has built in LED lights for increased visibility while towing. The extra-long arms will help you to make tight turns and the self-aligning arms automatically lock into position when you drive forward.
To hook up to that tow bar, you can use the Roadmaster Direct Connect Base Plates part # RM-521559-5, I've included a link to a video of us installing them on a 2011 Honda CR-V for reference. Since the tow bar comes with the 6 to 7-way cable, the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit part # RM-152, Roadmaster 6-wire Trailer Connecter - Vehicle side part # RM-910030-7, and the Roadmaster Bent Electrical Socket Bracket part # RM-910030-5 will be needed to complete your wiring. For a braking system, I recommend the Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Flat Tow Braking System part # RM-9400. It a portable system that works with air or hydraulic brakes and applies the brakes to your car with the same timing and pressure as your RV. It does need to plug into a 12V socket to work. If you don't have one, you can install one with the Roadmaster 12 Volt Outlet Kit part #RM-9332. You'll also need the Roadmaster Brake Light Relay Kit part # RM-88400 that will keep your brake lights from canceling out your RV lights while towing and make sure they work in synchrony.
Where's the first place you're planning on towing your Honda CR-V to?
