Hi all, I recently purchased a brake controller through your website. Its a POD PRO series 80500. I love your products, very high quality. Unfortunately, this controller does not work. I also purchased the correct plug-and-play harness for my application. I did try an old controller I have and it works, which indicated to me that my truck wiring system is not bad. Can this unit be sent back for a replacement?
