Jameson, Ok thanks. I do not have a Kuat Ibex truck bed rack. I am potentially going to mount the MOLLE panel to my truck bed cap. My intention to thru bolt with rubber grommets. The distance from hole to hole will allow the MOLLE rack to be clear of the glass side windows of the cap. Regards, Mike
