Hi Stanley,

Since you have a sedan, I'm assuming by back panel you mean that that seats don't have any open space behind them like how they do in an SUV. To figure out how the rear seat covers install, I found a video from Seat Cover Solutions installing their covers in a sedan that I've included below. The rear seat front covers install around the headrest and have buckles that are pushed into the crease at the bottom of the seat to secure the bottom of the cover. You will need to pull up the cushions of the rear seats to get the seat part of the rear seat covers installed. There is no part of the seat cover that will need to wrap around the back of the seat so the Seat Cover Solutions Luxury Semi-Custom Seat Covers part # SC78JR will work perfectly for your 2019 Cadillac XTS.
