Yes, both manual pumps ( # FR98XQ / # FR53XQ) include a telescoping steel suction pipe that adjusts from 20 inches to 34-1/2 inches. That range is designed to work with 15, 30, and 55 gallon drums, so you can adjust it to match your container depth. It attaches to the standard 2" bung on the drums.

Are you planning to mount it permanently to that drum?
