Can Master Lock Wireless Backup Camera Be Installed and Secured Inside the Hitch

can the camera be put in the hitch in lieu of what appears to be a magnitic attachment to the tailgate or do you still have to attach to the tailgate? I would think this could easily be stolen. Also if I order and it is not want he wants can I return? Thanks

Yes, the camera can be mounted inside the hitch and secured with a lock like part # e98880. I have included a link to a picture of the camera installed in a hitch and locked inside.
