Troubleshooting a Bike Seat Post that Came Off While Being Carried with a Frame Adapter Bar

Question:
I am using the swagman adapter with the swagman 4 bike rack on the back of a fifth wheel. I have lost a bike seat before because the bouncing around pulls the seat off the post. Is there any other kind of adapter for this?

There isn't an adapter for the Top Tube Adapter part # 64005 to put less pressure on the seat post.
The best recommendation I can make would be to make sure that your seat post is as tight as possible before putting it on the rack and you shouldn't have a problem. I suspect it wasn't tight enough when it came off while you were driving.
