Hello, I have a Dometic heat pump 936002698 on a 2020 Newmar rv. Do you have a replacement that would plug into the existing wiring and still be able to use the thermostat so I can retain the backup gas fired heater? Thank you, Court Sku 9600003814 MFG 651816H751J0-01 SN 90822745

Hey, Court.
I double checked and it doesn't look like we carry the replacement heat pump for the Dometic Penguin II AC units. It may be hard to find replacement parts as all RV ACs are not using the R32 refrigerant. Because of this, heat pumps for the newer models wont work on the older ones.
If Dometic doesn't have any replacements, you will have to replace the whole system. Based off your SKU number it's a 13.5k BTU. Bellow are some recommendations that are 13.5 in both ducted and ductless.
