Hello Duwayne, thanks for reaching out. Yes we can provide the hardware you need to install a trailer hitch on your 2016 Buick Encore with part # RHK. When you go to the page for the RHK you will see a box where you can enter the part number for your hitch. In this case you will enter the part number DT32GR in this box before adding the RHK to your cart. This will get you the full hardware kit for your Encore. The picture I included shows the full hardware kit

Hey Duwayne, did the replacement hardware kit for your Buick Encore hitch work out once you entered the part number on the RHK page? Knowing how it fit could help others trying to replace missing bolts on a used hitch.
