Can you suggest a hitch that is appropriate for a Honda Fit 2009, that has receiver size of 2

There are 2 hitches compatible with the Honda Fit. The first is the Class I Curt hitch # C11064. Class I hitches have a 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver opening and a lesser weight capacity than hitches with a 2-inch receiver opening. I have included a link to an FAQ article on the hitch classes for you. Class I hitches will still allow you to attach 2-bike bike racks and do some light towing. The Curt hitch, # C11064, also requires the use of a stabilizing strap when used with bike racks so it would not be my first choice.

The best choice would be the EcoHitch # 306-X7286, which is a class II hitch with a 2" opening. This would give you a 300 pound tongue weight capacity, which is 100 pounds more than the Curt hitch # C11064. Furthermore, the 2" opening of the EcoHitch # 306-X7286 would give you a wider range of choices for accessories like bike racks or cargo carriers.
