looking for a ADCO roof cover for travel trailer. Do they accommodate for roof mounted devices such as vent covers and AC units?

Absolutely! Vents and ACs are on pretty much every RV/trailer on the market so cover manufacturers take that into account automatically.
The Adco Olefin HD RV Cover # AD59ZR you're looking at fits trailers up to 31' 1" - 34' long. Will this work for your trailer?
