Can Hooks On Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack Change Positions

I have a couple of questions regarding the E Spec bike. 1 Can you interchange the hooks that clamp down on the bicycle frame so that the lower hook is on the outside side of the bike rack instead of the inner side next to the RV. I would like to put my smaller bike closest to the RV and it is a step through so the hook needs to go further down. 2 What is the distance from the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the wheel cradles. I have a spare tire mounted on the backside of my RV and need to see if there’s enough clearance. Thanks!

Hey Mark! You can trade the hooks around on the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack # S94FR. Those are designed to come off of the main mast so you can put whichever one you want on top/bottom. The distance to the closest part of the wheel cradles to the center of the hitch pin hole is approximately 13". If you aren't able to get the hook down far enough on your step through you may need to use the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar # S57FR.
