I am inquiring if the following fifth wheel has the modified mounting brackets for my 2018 Ram 1500 Rebel with Air Springs and if not do you have a unit that does. Q Hitch 5th Wheel Hitch with Custom Installation Kit - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs - QH84FR Thank You Mark

Hi Mark; the rails included with the # QH84FR are not compatible with the factory air suspension system on your 2018 Ram 1500 Rebel. You will need the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50142-58.
You can pick up the Q Hitch 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # QH34FR separately since we don't have a kit that includes both. If you don't need the full 25,000 lb capacity I would consider the rail mounted B&W Companion # BW52AR instead.
