I have the Fulton fold-Away Hinge FHDPB330301 that has rust out mounting bolts. I want to replace with new ones. I understand Fulton does not see the hardware separately. Is it imperative that I replace them with a 1foot bolt that has 1/2inch collar above the 1/2inch of thread? Also I read about Grade 5 size replacement, What size and metal type? I was told by a race car mechanic that a full thread bolt is a weaker bolt than a bolt including a collar.? Thanks,
