Hello Richard, thanks for reaching out. Yes, we do have a Tekonsha custom plug and play pigtail for the 2019 Chevy High Country 3500 Diesel. You can use the following:

- Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers # 3016

You will need to disconnect the factory controller and route the plug to your desired location on the dash.
