Hey Rob, yes the Access Literider part # A53FR is compatible with the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A76WG that you asked about. The ladder rack installs through the top of the bed rails and the tonneau mounts between them so they are perfectly compatible.
Do you have the tonneau cover installed already?
