Question:
I have a tekonsha prodigy 2 brake controller in my 99 F350. I need to replace it. When looking at them it looks like all come with custom wiring harness and no universal harness. Its already wired in and I assume the connector at the back of the controller hasnt change so I can simply unplug it and plug new one in.

Hi Lawrence!
The Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # 90885 will include the universal pigtail and would be the one to go with. The Tekonsha connector hasn't changed in a very long time (if it ever has, actually) and your current one will fit just fine. Just unplug it and plug the new controller and you are on your merry way!
How long have you been using your current P2?
