explain: does the unit heat as well as cool by means of compressor only or does it have electric heat kit?

Hey Edgar, the Furrion Chill HE Low Profile part # FR96AD that you referenced has a heat pump which means it does heat by reversing a valve in the compressor. So while not as powerful of a heater as it is an air conditioner it does work better than the heat strips like what you also referenced.
