Hum and Interference on a Furrion DV3100 Stereo

Question:

2018 Keystone Passport Grand ultra Light 26’ Furrion DV3100 stereo has interior speaker hum and occasional popping however exterior speakers work fine. Pulled the fuse, reset button and connections on back of the stereo unit seem fine. Also unplugged tv and no smart devices near by to not possibly interfere. Noise occurs while on battery and/or shoreline power. Thanks.

Hey Jeff. It sounds like you've got a grounding issue or a pinched/crimped wire somewhere that's causing interference and feedback. You'll need to check your trailer's grounds and then start at your head unit and work your way backwards to see if you can find an issue.

Have you added anything new to your trailer recently?
