Hi will this fit on a 2018 Honda odyssey touring 4-door with no existing rails or crossbars to carry two 50 lb kayaks?

Hey Isaac, the Sportrack roof rack you mentioned is not confirmed as a fit for your 2018 Honda Odyssey. It is a semi-custom rack that was designed to fit as many vehicles as possible but we found is that because of that...it actually doesn't fit any vehicle well at all and we try not to recommend it.
Realistically our best option would be the Rhino Rack Sportz part # RR74CG which does require some drilling into the vehicle roof but it would work much better to carry two kayaks. Do you have a kayak carrier already?
