Does the slide mount to the bolts that holds the bed on or do you have to drill holes to mount it

Hey Kenneth! Installation of the BedSlide Sliding Truck Bed Tray # BE74UV will require drilling. All of the hardware is included with the tray. This has a 1,000 lb capacity with a 75% extension and comes with a limited lifetime warranty as long as you register it.
What do you plan on using the tray for?
