PS1040100 what are dia of the large tie down holes? also what are the dimensions of the holes spacing on the long side. Distance between and from the top and sides

Hey Aaron, the tie down holes on the Reese hitch cargo carrier part # PS1040100 are 5/8 inch in diameter. They are spaced 8 inches apart on the front and back but the distance between the center two holes is 16 inches. They are 1-1/2 inches from top of the side portions.
